Guidelines to assist in filling the table:

  1. Risk description—Describe the risk briefly.
  2. Risk priority [This week]—Assign a priority number to the risk based on its’ importance to project’s success. The priority numbers can be assigned from one to ten, one being highest priority and ten being lowest priority.
  3. Risk priority [Last week]—Indicate the priority number assigned to the risk last week, if the risk is a recurring or unresolved one.
