Location

The ITWF Spring meeting will be held at the RTP Hilton. The RTP Hilton is located approximately 2.5 miles from RDU International Airport, and is centrally located between the cities of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill (approximately 15 minutes to each).

When you register for the ITWF meeting, you will be asked to enter your arrival and departure dates. The host will make reservations at the hotel for you based on this information. You do not need to make your own reservations.

A complimentary shuttle service is offered to and from the hotel every 30 minutes. You must call the hotel once you reach the baggage claim area to notify the hotel that you are ready to be picked up. The hotel's number is +1-919-941-6000.
