Airline reservations should be made for travel to Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU). RDU services most major airlines, including American, Continental Delta, Northwest, Southwest, and US Airways.

RDU has two terminals, and the complimentary hotel shuttle service will pick up at each terminal's baggage claim every 30 minutes. You must call the hotel once you reach the baggage claim area to notify the hotel that you are ready to be picked up. The hotel's number is +1-919-941-6000. A taxi from the airport to the conference hotel should cost approximately $10, but the taxi fare will not be reimbursable, so please use the hotel shuttle.

The conference will open with a welcome reception at 6:00pm EST on April 2. The conference portion of the meeting ends at 4:00pm EST on April 4, and will be followed by a dinner for those not leaving that evening. There will be a breakfast for those still present on the morning of April 5.
